You can request a replacement for any damaged or defective item by placing a warranty claim through our support team. In order to do this, navigate to the top menu, and select "Submit a Request". Select the topic of "Warranty Claim" to insure that your request reaches the team member who can help.
However, before you do this, please ensure you have Registered Your Warranty by filling out the Form. Once you are registered you will lock in your Warranty and we will honor our Policy.
