Do I have to have a working camera or microphone in order to take advantage of group sessions or personal training sessions?

For Group Sessions, you will need to have a computer or smartphone capable of streaming video.  For a Private Training session, you will need to have a computer or smartphone capable of screen sharing with accessible microphone.
